Inviting someone
Open Team and choose Invite.
You are asked for an email address and a role.
Send it.
They get an email with a link to join.
The roles
Owner — everything, including billing and closing the account.
Admin — everything day to day, but not closing the account.
Publisher — can change banners and put them live.
Reviewer — can look and comment, but not publish.
Read only — can look.
There is no charge per person, so give people the role that matches what they actually do rather than sharing one login.
Worth knowing
Everyone you invite can see every site in the account. There is not yet a way to give someone access to only one site, so if you manage sites for clients, keep the account as your own team's and send clients reports rather than a login.
