Cancelling
Cancel from the billing page in your account whenever you like — no notice period, no email required, no retention call. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then drops to Free limits. We do not bill you again.
What happens to your sites and records
Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel. Your consent receipts stay for the retention window you configured, your banners keep working, and your data stays exportable. If you have more sites than the Free plan allows, the sites beyond that allowance stop serving a banner rather than being deleted — move back up, or remove the ones you no longer need, and everything resumes.
Refunds
If ConsentCook is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that we do not refund part-months, because you can cancel at any time and keep what you have paid for until the period ends.
If we get something wrong
If a fault at our end stopped you using the service for a meaningful part of a billing period, tell us and we will put it right with a refund or credit. We would rather do that than argue about whether we were technically obliged to.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. Stop using it whenever you like, and close your account from your account settings when you want your data removed.
