These terms
ConsentCook is operated by Arched (arched.dev). These terms govern your use of the Consentcook platform and website. They are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before you rely on them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Consentcook provides a consent management platform that lets you configure consent banners, resolve region-specific policies, scan for cookies, and store consent receipts. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the configuration you publish, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for using the service in line with the laws that apply to your sites and visitors. You must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Your plan includes monthly allowances, which you can see against your usage in the dashboard. We never discard a visitor's consent to enforce an allowance — your receipts keep being recorded whatever your usage. If you go materially and repeatedly over an allowance we will contact you about moving to a plan that fits, with notice; we do not apply surprise overage charges.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Data protection
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where Consentcook acts as your processor, the Data Processing Addendum. Those documents form part of these terms.
