Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan covers one site and 10,000 consent events a month, with no card required. Move up only when you outgrow it.
What counts as a consent event?
A consent event is recorded each time a visitor makes or changes a choice on your banner. Simply showing the banner doesn't count towards your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — up or down, whenever you like. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle and we pro-rate the difference.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Your receipts keep being recorded. We won't drop a visitor's choice on the floor to make a billing point — you can see your usage against your plan in the dashboard at any time, and move up when it makes sense.
How does billing work?
Monthly, in pounds, by card. Prices include VAT, and every payment gets an invoice you can download from the billing page. There's no annual plan and no setup fee.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, then drops to Free limits. We don't bill you again and nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.
How many people can use our account?
As many as you need. We don't charge per seat, so invite the whole team — you can give each person the role that fits what they actually do.
Do you store personal data about visitors?
Receipts use an anonymous subject key, never a raw identifier, and we don't store full IP addresses by default. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Which regions are covered?
Every plan includes all region packs — UK GDPR, EU GDPR and ePrivacy, CCPA and more — so you're covered wherever your visitors are.
