Changing plan
Open Billing and choose the plan you want. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down takes effect from your next billing date, so you keep what you have paid for.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like. There is no notice period and no phone call. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then drops to Free limits.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. If you have more sites than the Free plan allows, the extra ones stop serving a banner rather than being removed — move back up, or remove the ones you no longer need, and everything resumes.
Refunds
If ConsentCook is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. The refund policy has the detail.
Going further — closing the account
Closing the account is separate from cancelling, and lives on the Account page. You get 30 days to change your mind, nothing is deleted in that time, and we contact you before anything is removed. Download your data first — once records are gone they cannot be rebuilt.
