Check the line is actually on the page. View your site's page source and search for consentcook.
You find one reference to it.
Check the web address matches. A banner set up for example.com will not run on www.example.com unless that address is listed too.
The address you are visiting is one your site lists.
Check our service status page in case the problem is at our end.
Everything reads as working.
