What you are looking at
Reports shows what your visitors chose: how many accepted everything, how many refused, and how many picked and chose. You can set the date range, and compare sites if you run more than one.
A choice is only counted when a visitor actually makes one. Showing the banner does not count.
Getting it out
Export gives you a spreadsheet file of the underlying records for whatever range you are looking at. That is the right thing to send an auditor, or to keep in your own files.
